A revised set (of 50 documents) has been posted as of April 27, 2009 and updated a number of times since then (including 15 new sample EIV forms posted in July and updated in August, 2010).
Click the LINK to go to the members-only web site. Use your AHMA-issued username and password to access these documents. This site is restricted to members in good standing (that is, with all membership dues fully paid for calendar year 2010).

Membership dues for Washington State are nominal: only $250 per organization per year, plus $2 per unit per year for all properties in your affordable housing portfolio. Click HERE to download your membership application. Fill it out and fax it in, to (425) 454-7695.

Many thanks to Sheila King, who has been our consultant on this project.

Note, Sheila can be engaged as a consultant for specific issues, to the industry as well as to AHMA members specifically. She can be reached by phone at (253) 383-3861 or by e-mail at sheila@aptfinder.org

(Usernames and Passwords are snail-mailed to Members in Good Standing annually. This resource is a precious member benefit – don’t share your password with non-AHMA members!).

Passwords will change again soon, on October 1, 2010. Watch for your revised username and password by snail mail.

Our region offers product and service providers an opportunity to join Oregon and Washington chapters as an Associate Member, at one, low annual rate. Click on one of those states above to find the contact person at that AHMA chapter, and inquire about the multi-state membership offer! Or call Joe Diehl at (206) 290-5498.
