REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN, AS OF JANUARY 14, 2011


January 10th 2011 Update:Registration will officially open on Friday, January 14th and continue open until March 18th, 2011. 

November 30th 2010 Update on the Pre-Reservation Process for this Year's Convention:

Due to the limited number of sleeping rooms in downtown Tacoma, we asked members, speakers and guests to pre-reserve sleeping rooms for their potential attendees in November, 2010. That process is now closed.

Those members, speakers and guests who submitted room pre-reservation requests, will be provided contact information for their ASSIGNED hotels by AHMA and CARH staff, on or before Friday, December 10 - by USPS/snail mail.  Everyone will have 21 days (to December 31st, 2010) to contact the hotels and make arrangements to guarantee those rooms with a credit card or a deposit. The rooms will be released on January 1.

If you missed out on this process, do not give up hope. It's a big convention with a lot of attendees, but there is always "room at the inn" throughout hotels and motels in the greater Tacoma area.  On January 10, 2011, a select group of hotels will offer room blocks to those who have not gone through this process.  Mark your calendars to return to this web site on January 10.

SLEEPING ROOMS:
  Sleeping Room Arrangements must be pre-reserved during the month of October, 2010.  A description of the process will appear on our web site during that time.  Because of the limited number of rooms downtown, conference attendees will be assigned to one of these hotels:  The Murano; Courtyard by Marriott; Best Western Tacoma Dome Hotel; Silver Cloud Inn; Shilo Inn; Hampton Inn; Comfort Inn; Baymont Inn & Suites.  We will try to accommodate as many specific requests as possible.  Sleeping room assignments by company and by individuals will be made on or about DECEMBER 1, 2010.
